Ryan Falconer Engine

THE MODEL

The  Topolino "Baby Mouse" began production in 1936 designed to be a city car.  Even at that time, it was one of the smallest cars in the world.  The model C, built from 1949 to 1955 had about 15hp when new.

THIS CAR

This Fiat Topolino is part of a large collection.  To be driveable in modern traffic, the engine was sent to renowned race builder Ryan Falconer.  They turbo charged the engine, added a host of performance parts and the result is over triple the original horsepower at approximately 50hp.  A low mileage original Topolino, this is now a little sleeper hotrod.  It will be hard to have much more fun in a small car!

Ryan Falconer Race Engines has been in business since 1966.  In 1966 they built an Indy Ford engine that powered Graham Hill to victory.  In the '70's they dominated offshore powerboat racing and in the '80's they they built engines for Formula 5000, including for cars driven by Al Unser and Mario Andretti.  One of their Falconer powered cars won the Can-Am championship.  They have also developed their own V12 engine.  They specialize in squeezing the most hp out of anything the revs!
